Interview
I had 2 phone interviews and an in-person interview, all a week apart. I was mostly asked about my experience and was also asked some situational questions. I was informed by a phone call that they had moved on, which I felt was very classy. Additionally, they provided extremely valuable feedback that let to me getting a job at the very next place I had an in-person interview. Even though I didn't get the job, I'm so grateful to Freudenburg and I'm so glad I went through the interview process.

How much experience do you have on the people side of process improvement?
4-5 interviews. 3 with a panel of 3-5 peers and a one on one with the hiring manager and his boss. The panel interviews are done onsite. The one on one may be a call depending on availability.

Was splendid, I was interviewed by 4 people and the whole process was smooth and I got a feedback from them via email and I sent an email back to them accepting the offer

Positive interview, great people. Really hope they expand further into the country. Highly innovative and always working towards the next level. Great overall structure and a good community of people. Hope to go back to them someday again.
