Freshfields Trainee Legal interview questions

Online assessment followed by an in-person interview. Had to write a cover letter, and really push my commercial awareness to the max. The interviewers were very friendly, for the most part.

Virtual interview: pre-recorded questions to be answered within a limited period of time, about the candidate, their motivations, strengths and weaknesses, etc. There were also some scenario-based questions, asking how the candidate would react in a certain situation. Questions about recent deals and specific practice areas were asked too.
