They were very kind and available, just few questions about myself. However i experienced just the first step, and it was not difficult. Maybe for more complex rules they could be more precise

Participated in school OCI process - only had to submit a resume. I had a screening interview, then 30-minute interviews with four attorneys. The interviews were friendly and conversational. We discussed my prior legal work experience, law school classes, and my interest in their firm and specific office.
