Freshfields interview questions

The interview process was straightforward, with a few virtual rounds involving HR and the hiring managers. The questions were standard, direct, and overall very easy, making the experience smooth and predictable.

The interview process has two steps. The first one is a technical interview with a partner and two counsels. The interview is both in English and Italian. The second one with another partner and it’s more about getting to know the candidate better.
