Interview
mix of informal interview (1 with HR, and 2 with the team) and formal exercise (with the team). The HR interview talked more about the general aspects of the role and the salary expectations. The team interviews were more around hard and soft skills. Quick and swift process over 2months.
I met with all partners of the team (one interview was with several partners together, and one interview was with just one). They asked me about my previous experience and focused their questions on a particular case I handled.

Describe a legal issue you have encountered and how you handled it.
Long and complex, and at times confusing. The interview process took about one to three months. 3 sets of interviews a total of 10 people as interviewers. From all practice areas.
Fairly straightforward with 3 rounds of interviews with senior associates and counsels with One technical exam which is not too difficult you are also asked to present your written assessment
