Two interviews, the first over the telephone (it lasted around 30’) and another one in person (it lasted around 60’). Both interviews were very relaxed and what was discussed was mostly about my experience.

A very relaxed atmosphere. A candidate usually talks to the Partner first and then with four-five associates, discussing ones curriculum and what it is exactly that the specific unit works on.

Interview
They were quite amicable and open about the process. I was well informed about what the job entails. I was also informed that it is not quite well paid since it is not a job as an Associate however, there is the chance of having more work-life balance.
