I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Freshfields in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple one-on-one interviews. The questions were pretty standard, and everyone was friendly. The recruiter was quick to provide status updates during the entirety of the process.
I was relocating from overseas so did an initial interview via Skype and a second round interview in the London office. Everyone was very polite and friendly throughout the process and I felt that they were interested in getting to know me as an individual and whether I would genuinely be a good fit in the team. I did not get an offer so I sought feedback and was told that I had all the skills they were looking for but the role had gone to someone with more UK practising experience.
