Applied online, took preinterview exam, had phone interview with HR, Interview with Area Manager in person, Had interview with employees at the clinic who would be reporting to me as direct report, had interview with the Regional Vice President.

Interview process was great, answered all of my questions, and were open and honest about expectations. Recruiter was personable, but do not think that she really knew what was all involved with the job. Recruiter should be trained more on the job details

Tell me about a time when you handled a difficult patient and family
Referred by another manager. Interviewed twice. By facility administrator and again by regional vice president. Not prepared with understanding of what job would entail. Believe was misled by the superiors to accept position.
