It takes a long time to hear back from management. Hiring process long but they are the nation’s largest provider of renal care, meeting the needs of more than 135,000 patients at 1,800 clinics throughout the country.

Round of 3 interviews involving the clinical manager, regional manager, and director of operations for the site via Microsoft Teams
Everyone was very nice and personable
Staff invited me to tour the site which was helpful as a candidate

Question 1
Basic interview questions:
-Tell us about yourself
-Tell us about a difficult situation/patient you handled int the workplace
-How do you stay organized and meet your deadlines
I did not receive any clinical questions
Very simple process. One interview with the clinic manager present. Fairly straight forward questions about why you want to be there and what you bring to the table. I knew someone so j did not need to go the hiring manager route, but typically you have that conversation first.

Tell me about a time when you disagreed with someone and how you handled it.
Virtual interview with basic behavioral questions. We had discussion about how the clinic runs, how the team collaborates, how dietitians work together and grow, and what the expectations for the registered dietitian are.
