Bureaucratic and slow, like most big organizations. Started with a phone screen with HR, then moved to the first round with a hiring manager and a VP, and then, a few weeks later had the final round with the same 2 plus a Sr. VP. Also met my direct reports during the final round.

Interview
The interview process was poorly run by the Human Resource representive. She was extremely disorganized, unprofessional and rude. When on-site for multiple interviews, the interviewers seemed critical of executive leadership team and the overall working style that trickles down from the top. I was so incredibly thankful for their honesty and transparency. As a result I was wary of working for this employer.
