There were three separate parts. First, a call with a recruiter, which was more like an info call, but I was also asked a couple of interview questions. Then an interview with the unit manager and director, followed by a job shadow.

Are you okay with being on-call twice a week, from the end of your shift in the evening to 7 am the next day? (You get $5/hr while on-call)

2 phone interviews - first was the recruiter for phone screening and the second would be a call from the hiring manager. Questions were about yourself, job history and availability.
