Fred Meyer interview questions

Applied online, got a call back a few days later and had an interview scheduled. Interviewer was friendly and didn't ask me too many questions. There was a few more questions asked over the phone when I called to set up the interview. These weren't all too hard either. Altogether, the interviewing and the hiring process for me was a very smooth process. It didn't take too long from the time I applied to the complete hiring process.

As they were hiring seasonal at the time, they were doing a lot of group interviews. Mine was with 2 other people and we sat a tables and filled out some basic information about us including our availability and positions we wanted. The interviewer then talked for half an hour about the company. She then asked each of us a question about customer service and then had us write out another question about what skills we wanted to develop most.
