Very easy but professional. They ask you about ways to deal with customer complaints, how you would connect with customers, if you were okay doing certain tasks, if you have good hand mobility to write on cakes.

Interview took maybe 10 minutes tops. She asked about previous job history, explained the job roll, went over a couple other things. She awnsered some questions. About a week later I came in to do some paperwork for a background check and a week after that I had orientation for 2 days.

Very quick phone interview, followed by a longer phone interview. Final interview was an hour. They were quick to respond to questions and follow up as I moved through the stages
