Interview
Applied online. Didn't hear anything until I went shopping there two weeks later and mentioned to the cashier that I had applied. He told me to fill out a form at customer service that would help speed up the process. I got an email later that night requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was very brief and then I was scheduled for an interview with the HR manager for the next week. Interview didn't take too long, mostly questions about my experience, how I would help customers, and then they offered me the job. I filled out new hire paperwork one week later, had 2 days of orientation the week after that, and then cashier training the week after that.
*I had originally applied for a grocery stocker position but during the inteview they told me they could only guarantee 10 hrs a week at that time, so I chose the apparel clerk position.

Interview
I applied on Kroger's website and received a request for a phone interview about a week after I submitted my application. the phone interview lasted about 10 minutes in total and consisted of two questions. I was asked "why do you want to work for kroger" and "how would I handle a Bad day at work". After I finished answering the questions The representative scheduled me a time for an in person interview at the store I applied at. I was going out of town the day I did the phone interview and the Representative was very flexible with scheduling the interview for the next week. The in person interview was very relaxed. I arrived 15 minutes early like the email said to and checked in at the customer service desk. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes for the interviewer to retrieve me. It was a 1 on 1 interview that consisted of me and the clicklist manager/supervisor. She asked 3 questions " why do you want to work for kroger" "how would a past coach or teacher describe you" and "what do you know about the job". She then asked if I had any questions and told me that she would be in touch after all of the interviews were finished. I haven't heard back since so I'm assuming they passed on me. It was a very pleasant and straight forward interview. If you've got an upcoming interview for clicklist I wouldn't worry too much about it!
