Fred Meyer interview questions

The interview process is fairly easy. They ask pretty standard questions pertaining to how you would react to certain situation or questions that reveal your character along with some examples.

The manager set up an interview after I had applied online to be a cashier. They asked that I arrive early with a copy of my resume. Yet they failed to mention this was group interview to actually hire midnight staking crew, offered minimum wage, and the manager was 20 minutes late to the group interview. I listened for 5 minutes, then slowly got to leave, when ask where I was going I answered "This was not what I had applied for, I'm happy to keep my current employers, but thank you for your consideration". The manager was stunned as if no one had ever told them no thanks before. I'm sure not every location hires or manages that way.
