      Marketing Interview

      Aug 7, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Portland, OR
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fred Meyer (Portland, OR)

      Interview

There is a pre-decided set of questions that they run through based on company values. Typical questions about how you deal with conflict, how you suggest change to leadership, a time something went poorly and what you learned. I interviewed first with a hiring manager, then again with a panel of management/support. It was a little intimidating at first, but comfortable. The process took a very long time as there is a lot of approval needed for new hires. The whole process took more than a month for me.

      Question 1

Talk about a time you did not agree with leadership and what you did to handle it.
