I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Four Seasons in Feb 2013
Interview
Four Seasons visited the University campus to conduct interviews. On the day short-listed candidates had to go through 2 interviews. I was firstly interviewed by the HR manager and a MIT trainee. The second interview was with the General Manager and one MIT trainee.
Overall, there was a rather hostile vibe. I had the feeling the questions were rephrased or they kept asking for more details and more examples, just to see if I would 'slip up', as if they were fishing for mistakes or negative points.

Question 1
What do you think makes Four Season's different from other hotel companies and why do you think so?
Applied online and interviewed for Manager in Training (MIT). Interview was over Microsoft Teams and was very personalized. Got to learn about the individual interviewing and how this opportunity could further my career as a college graduate.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Four Seasons (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview was initially with two Four Seasons professionals and then continued with two more in another room. It was mostly situation based questions and they were very friendly towards me.

Question 1
Tell us an example when you helped another employee.
Applied through handshake (a platform linked to my school) and was perhaps more unique as I was interviewed by a group of alumni. Questions were more simple as the interviewers knew the limited background we had. Still waiting to hear back and it's been a few weeks.
