The entire process starts with an application form. From then on, you're invited to do some online tests, and then to the first-stage interview if you pass that stage. My interviewer was lovely, very friendly, and the office (in London) was beautiful. The first stage consists of a case study, which you read and then answer questions on. The questions are given to you, so no surprises there. The case study for me was an article on Chinese meat consumers, and there's nothing you can do to prepare for this. The second part of the interview was your standard competency based interview - just remember to use the STAR technique! Unfortunately I didn't pass the first stage interview due to my performance on the case study part, but overall it was an excellent experience and I really cannot fault the staff. Very welcoming and friendly people!
