Forvis Mazars Group interview questions

It was a group interview (at least 5-8 individuals) whereby the hiring manger would ask several questions on audit procedures and participants have to answer based on their understanding. Overall, it was quite an informal interview.

During the process, I was asked what mattered most to me in a job, and I clearly stated hybrid working allowance, especially since the team was based in another country and an office presence allowance would naturally be reduced. The recruiter presented the company as open and flexible, showing strong interest and even encouraging me to make a proposal. Although my request was declined, I eventually agreed to their terms. After that, all my follow-up emails were ignored. It’s unbelievable that a company of this size would ghost candidates after they’ve invested so much time. I shared a final feedback and got a fully AI-written reply. Never again. Don’t invest time in companies like with such an unprofessional recruitment process and staff.
