It was a phone call lasting roughly 10 minutes with about 5 questions on it. Not too difficult, can look up answers quietly if needed. Next stage is a virtual assessment centre.

Interview
After online test, invited to telephone interview which lasted 30 minutes. If successful, invited to 6 hour long assessment centre which consists of a variety of tasks and interview with senior.
