Interview
The initial telephone interview lasted for over 30 minutes. Asked around 20 questions and all were of behavioral type. We need to research well. I could perform really well as I prepared well for the same but got rejected. Asked Mazars for the interview feedback and during the interview feedback call they said I prepared well and performed well, but I should have said more about Mazars from an industry perspective and my answer to one of the time management questions was brief. I was like "really????"... and asked them if I got rejected only because of these 2 answers as I was confident about this interview. Then that person agreed and said they get a lot of applications for this position and the decision is purely based on the interviewer's judgment. :(

Interview
I did an online interview for an Audit placement. The interviewer was very friendly and I passed on to the next round. The questions were a mix of company-specific and strengths-based. The interview lasted 45 minutes.
It requires an online application and a job simulation test, then online assessments and some mathematical questions, then a f first stage video interview, then a virtual assessment day and then a final stage interview.
Good. Interviewer was kind, clear about the process, went well. Questions were mainly behavioural based and motivation to work at Mazars. The interviewer was very straight faced and there were rarely follow up questions, mainly just noting your answer and moving on
