Interview
Application form, invitation to complete online tests (num/verb reasoning), phone interview which was very relaxed and enjoyable, was not invited to final stage. Outcome of each stage was conveyed very quickly, and was able to receive a feedback call a week after phone interview.

30-minute online video Interview with standard behavioural questions. About 1-2 minutes response time for each, and each question was followed up with, e.g. "What did you learn from that experience?". Asked about interest in the company and understanding of the role, including actuarial exam process

A variety of behavioral questions. 20 minutes long. This is in person as opposed to a virtual interview that many other employers offer. The interviewer allows you a practice question which is not assessed before proceeding to the actual interview questions.
