After I applied, they sent me a rejection letter and a resume evaluation link.
To my horror, they accused me of falsifying my resume, but I didn't.
Second, I put the job title in the most obvious place, and they said they didn't see it.
They didn't even look at my resume. It was like a comment on someone else and used it on me.
I spent an hour doing an online test, and the results were above average, only to be told no a few hours later.
It would be a waste of two-way resources to ask me to do an online test if my resume isn't qualified. If my resume is qualified and the test results are above average, I should not be returned with a rejection letter.
The recruitment system of rubbish, obviously is the official website application, but like outsourcing out.
I told all my friends, if you apply to this company must be careful, far worse than the look.
