Very simple, laid back strengths based interview. This was a first round interview held on Microsoft Teams. As this was first round, the main objective was to gain an understanding of my motivations for applying, as well as my background throughout university and experiences.

I just graduated a month. The interviewer ask me what did I do for a year gap? I worked 8 years for last company. He asked me during two years working in my last company… He hold my resume on hand and did not read it and respect my time.

Fairly straightforward, competency based questions were asked and some questions about why I applied to the graduate scheme. A lot of follow up questions from the telephone interview as well.
