Interview
The interview was strengths based, focused on Cyber Security mainly. Their staff are really friendly and tend to follow up with questions in case you get stuck. It was really fun and easy.

Tell me about a time where you have taken a leadership position
The interview process was a 3/5. There were multiple psychometric tests throughout the process. The telephone interview was quite good and straight. The assessment centre consisted of individual interviews, group exercise and psychometric tests.
