The First stage was answering 3 questions about achievements, leadership roles, awards and extra curricular activities. The second stage was online assessments. The third stage was a telephone interview with a recruitment company and finally there was an assessment centre, consisting of 8 or 9 candidates. There was a group activity which finished in a group presentation, a written and numerical task which was relatively easy compared to the online assessments, a competency interview with the usual questions and a 5 minute presentation and a recent technology advancement or innovation.

I had a phone interview. Questions on: Drive, Relationship Management, Adaptability and Learning Agility. They asked examples for each and they would ask sub-questions for each. The interviewer would be nice and was informal.
