2 hour long, and comprehensive interviews conducted in groups with different interviewers/panels. Interview sessions include personality test, technical knowledge test, etc. Networking session with managers, partners and employees of the firm after the interview has ended.

The first interview process is Group interview. I conduct the interview in campus. First part in self-introduction (in English or Putonghua). The second part is the group discussion with a current issues. The nest stage is panel interview. It lasts for half an hour
