Forever 21 Visual Merchandiser Manager interview questions

Interview was very quick, simple questions about previous work experience. The most annoying part was the background check. They took forever to contact me and then never contacted me again after an offer was made. I spoke to a manager and tried to talk to her about starting schedule and she was always too busy for me. Just very unorganized.

Asked me normal interview questions like "why would you want to work here?" Then asked me questions related to visual "which celebrity do you think will be the face of the company next season?". We then walked around the store and I was supposed to identify the type of person that would shop in each of the different sections. I was then to put together 5 outfits for these different girls.
