I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Forever 21 in Mar 2016
Interview
It was a very laid back interview and I felt comfortable answering the questions. We were outside the store and i felt like I was talking to a friend. She made sure that I was comfortable and we talked for about an hour

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Forever 21 in Oct 2016
Interview
Very brief, over-the-phone interview from corporate HR, then a second over-the-phone interview with direct supervisor. They asked pretty general questions about my background and retail experience, and what my future career goals are. They made me an offer shortly after, to which I countered and they accepted. Overall it was very easy and they were friendly.

Question 1
Asked about retail experience, and why I would be a good fit with Forever 21 and their customer.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Forever 21
Interview
Waited over an hour because they forgot they scheduled my interview. Come to find out after waiting that all the positions were filled. So the SM who was supposed to do the interview had the co manager do it for 'experience' apparently. They weren't exactly polite either, it felt more like an interrogation than an interview. Just overall etiquette was lacking, they said they plan to call me back for a different position but I have no desire to work for a company this unorganized and unprofessional. Really disappointed in the overall lack of character shown by the management team. Professional courtesy is a requirement in this industry.
