I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Austin, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was a pretty brief and casual interview. I walked into the store a little bit before my interview time, so I just shopped around and waited. I was told that it was going to be a group interview, but since the other person hadn't shown up on time, the manager just proceeded to interview me right outside the store. She asked me very simple questions about my experience in retail and customer service. I got hired after the interview and they had me sign some paperwork.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Forever 21 (San Luis Obispo, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
I walked into the building and asked the cashier if there was a manager I could speak to about positions open. The store manager came up and asked if I could do an interview right then. She took me aside and about 5 minutes in I was offered a part-time position and started within a week.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Charlotte, NC) in Jun 2015
Interview
It was a week process. I went in and filled out an application then turned it in. I came back the next day to check on it and was given an interview time/day. I had a group interview so my nerves went down and I felt a little more comfortable. The hiring manager was pretty straightforward with the interview questions. When she finished there was only one person in the group interview that wasn't hired on the spot.
