Forever 21 Store Associate interview questions

It was a group interview of less than 10 people; the questions were about fashion, individuals' recent work history, setting examples on how to help customers out, etc. We had to go around the room and answer the questions, no right or wrong answers. Got a tour, came back downstairs as we were all hired on the spot; paperworks were done on the same day.

Interview was about 20 minutes. Very causal and conversational. I was interviewed by one of the visual associates. Asked about scheduling and typical in store scenarios. They really want to know who you are as a person and if you're friendly, positive and customer service oriented.
