Forever 21 Sales Associate/Cashier interview questions

Group Interview. They line all the interviewees up and ask a question. Each person says their response out loud in front of the entire group. The managers then discuss in private and return to have a list of individuals called off. Those individuals stand up and then they are announce if they have been hired on the spot.

There was a job fair and there were about 200 people in line but the interview itself took less than 5 minutes. There were 4 interviewers (4 managers) sitting on a table who reviewed your resume with you and asked you questions about scheduling and customer service.
