Forever 21 interview questions

I was contacted on the phone for a position at headquarters and asked for my availability on a specific day. They require you fill out an application along with information needed to perform a background check once you check in at the desk. After you fill out the application, you are required to go through a series of interviews to assess the relevant information on your resume to the specific job. They will also ask you take any skills tests related to the job requirements such as an excel test. Since the job is in the fashion industry, many people were wearing designer clothing or casual wear, including the interviewers. Therefore, the work culture at Forever 21 is less formal than companies in other industries.

When I went in for my interview I arrived 10 minutes early...but ended up waiting 40 minutes before the interview!! While waiting I walked the store...not one employee talked to me as a costumer or interviewee. The interview was fairly laid back and easy...mostly questions about fashion trends and personal skills. The manager that interviewed me gave told me if I don't call you by Saturday, you didn't get the job. Which I apperciated! He called me the next morning to offer me the job!
