It was casual group interview with 3 other people, we were just sitting at a cafe outside the store. the interviewer was nice and made you feel relaxed and comfortable during the interview. it really gave me a good impression of the people who worked there. they gave me a call after 3 days for orientation schedule.

Question 1
how would u handle a situation where the store you're working in hasn't been reaching its targets lately?
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Roseville, MN) in Jun 2013
Interview
I applied with an in-store, on-paper application. They called me about a week later for an interview, which ended up being a group interview. It was pretty straight-forward. I had previous customer service experience which was a plus, but others who did get hired didn't necessarily have that. I enjoyed the interview, I was respectful of others and listened.

Question 1
They gave us a list of items to pick out in the store and then we regrouped and created fashionable outfits. Question: What would go with this item?
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Dearborn, MI)
Interview
I was part of a HUGE group interview when my location first opened. I came a little over dressed and i was super nervous as this was my first ever group interview. I talked a lot with people in line and discovered they were less prepared than i was so i had a boost of confidence. During the actual interview process they asked us each questions like "why do you want to work in retail" "what kind of future goals do you have" and a bunch of scenario style questions.
