The interview process was very straight forward. It was group based with everyone getting a series of different questions to answer. Once the interview was complete; there was a segment that involved everyone working in the store to view each person's strong points.
General, just trying to get to know you and see how you work in a team. Interview was more personality based, no difficult questions. Questions were quite fair, interviewer was very nice.
I had an on-the-spot interview, and it was pretty relaxed. I think the key is to be friendly and personable. I didn't have previous sales experience, but that was okay. I also dressed very colorfully, and like their brand.
