Interview
Was introduced to this job from a schoolmate. It was during open interview. I sat down with a male interviewer who reviewed my application, asked a few questions and then shook my hand. I was called about a week later to inform me that I got the job.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Wilmington, NC) in Feb 2012
Interview
I basically had to go back to the store about 5 times with my resume and the same application over the plan of 3 years before I could ever get a simple meeting with one of the managers. She had a few questions for me about where I've gone to school and my previous work experience and that was the extent of our initial meeting. I got a call from the co-manager who set up an interview that was a little more in depth, though not much. He bragged about the company, none of which was remotely impressive to me, and asked me elementary questions like, "What 3 words best describe you?" and "What trends are you favorite current trends?"
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Forever 21 (New York, NY) in Dec 2012
Interview
It was around the holiday season so that is the best time to apply, it was an easy process since they were holding open houses every Wednesday since September (I applied in December). It wasn't easy because they were desperate for the, but I was myself and I answered the questions with confidence. They are looking for open availability and prior experience but try to stand out if you have on and not the other.

Question 1
Pretty straight forward, answer honestly and be ORIGINAL. I can't stress that enough, how are you going to make an impression in any interview or in life.
