So I simply handed my CV in the members of staff in F21 on thursday and received a phone call saturday after noon asking if i was available for an interview. So the next day i attended and was asked various questions mainly based on customer service i had already delivered such as 'when have you given a customer advice' or 'when have you worked in a team and what did you contribute' after a while the manger who interviewed me literally said 'im just gonna offer you the job, you've been the best interview all morning' this was after she said she'd get back to me after 2 days (tuesday). She was nice and chat staff were welcoming also. I sign my contract after my induction tomorrow! Very excited...

Question 1
When were you required to adapt your customer service
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
