Interview
It was a one on one interview in the food court at the mall. It was very quick, the manger didn't really ask me many questions, she basically talked to me for about 10 minutes and then sent me into the store having given me a case scenario to pick out an outfit for an "imaginary customer" it took me probably a minute to compete that task. She said I did it in record time. I applied for this job online. Got an interview one week later and then got a call back about 3 days after that. The manager said she wouldn't call me if i didn't get the job. I missed her call, called her back a solid 5 minutes later and never got a call back from her.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
