Interview
First of all, punctuality is everything right? So practice what you preach and be there around 3. Not half past 3. Secondly, if you MUST do a group interview, don't give off the impression that you're in a rush because that's not an interview; that's an invitation for me to have a weird look on my face and wonder why you are so revved up and ready to go. And for those that find out about the interview online, maybe there should be a notice up that tells us to dress as we would if we had the job. Don't look at me funny when I dress for success.

Question 1
If a customer already had a pair of shoes, how would you convince her to add more items?
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
