Interview
Group Interview. It was a small group, me and 5 other girls. We were taken outside of the store to introduce ourselves and and and asked some basic interview questions. Afterward, she took us aside to talk to us individually. I was offered a position when she took me aside and given a packet of paperwork to fill out and return the next day.

Question 1
What would you do in a situation where you are helping a customer but you have been informed that someone maybe shoplifting in your section and you are asked to keep an eye on them.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
