Interview
I walked in the store and asked if they were hiring. The associate gave me an application and instructed me to speak with the store manager who was on duty once i filled out my application. I filled it out, came back in the same day, and introduced myself to the manager. The manger decided to give me an on the spot interview. She asked me a few questions and explained a few more specifics of the position. At the conclusion of the interview I was offered the position.

Have you dealt with an angry customer before? If so how did you handle the situation.
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
