I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Forever 21 in Aug 2010
Interview
The interview was for their opening store in Dublin.
It was done in groups of around 30 people with 3 rounds you had to complete to get the job.
First round was a group question round. Second was a test of your style (had to put an outfit together)
Third was a one to one interview.
It was a good process, you got to know people.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Birmingham, Inglaterra)
Interview
Was super quick, barely even 10 minutes. Took me aside to one of the backrooms and just asked me very basic general questions. Very casual, not much research needed. Just asked me 'what do I know about the company?', 'have I had any experience before in sales?', 'what shifts would I be able to do', CV is only very quickly looked over
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Cape Town)
Interview
Fairly easy, unfriendly managers but easy nonetheless. They just needed staff at that point. Small back room interviewed quite quickly with manager. 15 minutes tops. Not the best working experience but yes I accepted job at the time.
Simple and concise interview style, and was asked basic questions about my skills and prior experience. Felt like a normal conversation and made me feel at ease with the recruitment manager.
