Firstly I was called by phone and invited for an assessment to a hotel in Kocaeli. Before the assessment, they sent me a personality test. I fulfilled it and sent via e-mail. There was no selection process on the phone.
We were 8 candidates at the assessment and there were 4 Ford Otosan human resources employees. Process was like that;
* Greeting, meeting and filling a some kind of form about ourselves (job experience, education information, personal information etc.)
* We took some kind of IQ test.
* Personal preparing for first case study. After the personal preperation, we discussed our opinions and made some decisions about the case study in front of human resources employees. We answered the human resources employees' questions.
* Personal preparing for second case study. After the personal preperation, we presented our perspective about the case study to a human resources employee (one-on-one). We answered the human resources employee's questions.
* We fulfilled a basic survey about the process.
The all process took half day.
One week later after the assessment I was informed that I was eliminated via e-mail.
