1. Intelligence test: 100 questions. Mediocre difficulty
2. Group case study and presentation
3. Eveluation of case study and group members
4. Personal case study and presentation
5. Oral and multiple choice english exam
6. Technical interview with team leader

there are 3 steps of interview. Phone call with HR(asking questions what you have done but, understanding from their side), assessment center to check your basic skills at real working environment and technical interview with manager.
