Contacted by Human Resources where I sent necessary information and had conversations about my experience and work history. Then spoke with the head of the specific department I was applying for. Then met with department manager along with several other managers.

Interview
The interview was basically a few phone calls to see what I was interested in. It was a very simple process. It was one phone call from Fluor's college recruiter and another from one of the Fluor Project Managers. Each were very friendly and easy to talk to.

Interview
Sit down in one room for two hours and get interviewed by four different process engineers at all levels of experience. Both soft and technical questions. You have to know your engineering basics to do design work!!
