I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fluor (Edmonton, AB) in Nov 2018
Interview
I applied through university website. The interview was with HR and engineering rep. They told they will be sending out email to everyone giving a feedback on interview. But as usual you don't hear from them just like any other companies. They gave an option on whether joining power or controls (instrumentation) team.

Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fluor (Farnborough, Hampshire, South East England, England)
Interview
Applied online, then had a phone interview, after that was assessment centre. Assessment Centre was well organised, we're divided into different groups according to our majors. Firstly, they did a presentation about the company and specific department. Then first group activity was a group presentation. We were only given 45 minutes and had to do a presentation of 7 minutes. The presentation was about a problem company was facing and we had to come up with solutions and recommendations.
Then 2nd group activity was about designing a paper rollercoaster.
Then a HR interview and a technical interview. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Applied online, interview offer by email, in person interview. Interview was 2:1, One HR and one engineering representative. The wait is tremendously long, and they haven't emailed me yet while I was initially informed that email will be sent out to all candidates if the decisions were made late.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Strength and weakness. Be prepared to state a number of them, since they asked for two each. Other questions were typical interview questions, and they had a piece of paper with exact questions that they are going to ask in front of them.
