I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fluor (Houston, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
Telephone interview followed up by in person interview with several people and one on one with hiring manager. All interactions were good with relevant questions being asked. Probably one of the better interviews I've had as far as professionalism.

It was very professional. The manager handled it with great diligence and respect. They are interested to know if you are qualified for the position you have applied. Just make sure you are prepared and know your stuff. They will ask questions about your experiences and don't be afraid to share.
