I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Fluor (Asheville, NC) in Mar 2023
Interview
Submitted an application and received a screener call about a week later. The following day I spoke with one of the Project Controls Dept heads. A few days after that I spoke with the project team. Interviews were all mostly informal and discussed experience more than STAR type questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you have worked in a team and what was the outcome of this project or team task?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fluor (Farnborough, London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
After submitting my online application, I was invited to a 15-minute telephone interview with the HR. I later received an invitation to the assessment centre, where we engaged in two group activities followed by an interview with two senior members of the team. The group exercises were enjoyable. However, I had a very negative experience during the interview. Both interviewers appeared uninterested in what I had to say and gave me the impression that they were only there because they had to be. As a result, I noticed several red flags during the interview, which left me feeling unenthusiastic about the company. If you have other options, I would suggest avoiding this company. I am grateful that I did not receive an offer from them.
