Flowserve Project Engineer interview questions

Interview process was long. There were three rounds of technical interview by three different departments to correctly figure out where exactly i fit in. the interviewers were mainly looking for the confidence, attitude and tried to figure out the ability to manage customers. After technical round there was an intervew with the general manager and then with the HR. Even though the interview was a long process in flowserve the interviewers will make the candidates comfortable throughout the course of the interview.
