I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Flowserve (Pasadena, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied during my university career fair, and received an email for interview 4 months later.
It was an on-site interview. We started with an technical evaluation about pump design, followed by a facility tour, a group exercise (with 3 Flowserve staff members , just watching us and taking notes), and ended with a 2-1 interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flowserve (Lima, OH) in Aug 2025
Interview
I had an initial phone interview, which was really simple. They have called to verify some details about my application, then scheduled my next interview. This interview will be over the zoom, which I did not expect. I thought it will be in person. We will see how it goes.

I applied online. I interviewed at Flowserve in Jun 2022
Interview
Smooth and inviting atmosphere. The process was low stress and not interrogatory, more like a casual conversation. First received an email pertaining to availability of an in-person interview. Once scheduled, just had to show up in proper attire.
